The story behind the bowl
Founded in Fukuoka in 1985 by Shigemi Kawahara, IPPUDO helped introduce polished Hakata tonkotsu to cities around the world. Saigon's branch is a chain recommendation, but a purposeful one: it offers a stable benchmark for thin noodles, pork broth and kaedama.
