The story behind the bowl
Yukihiko Sakamoto's Tokyo-born tsukemen house has operated in Bangkok for years and now sits in Gaysorn Tower. The branch preserves Itto's thick noodles and concentrated seafood-chicken dipping soup while adding limited fish, clam and mushroom-led bowls developed for Bangkok.
Before you go: Use the current Gaysorn Tower location, not the former Erawan address. Limited ramen may disappear early; the signature tsukemen is the dependable first order.
