The story behind the bowl
This Bangkok branch carries the identity of Kobe's acclaimed ENISHI: a brothless, spice-layered bowl in which minced meat, nuts, herbs, chile and handmade-style noodles are mixed into a textured sauce rather than served as conventional soup ramen.
Before you go: Order it for maze-men character, not if you specifically want broth. Mix from the bottom until every noodle is coated and adjust spice conservatively.
