The story behind the bowl
The Busan shop carries a Fukuoka ramen lineage more than fifty years old. Pork bones are simmered for roughly 36 hours into a smooth white broth, matched with thin noodles and seared chashu; Michelin recognition and thousands of diner ratings make it Busan's strongest ramen-specific anchor.
Before you go: The Haeundae counter can sell out before closing. Arrive early, choose noodle firmness deliberately and use kaedama only while enough hot broth remains.
