The story behind the bowl
Japanese chef Haruhiko Saeki opened the first Takumi in Düsseldorf in 2007. From this modest Immermannstraße shop grew a European ramen network built around Japanese noodles, prepared broths and the idea that ramen is everyday food, not ceremony.
